49ers @ Panthers

The Niners back to there dismal play again.
At half-time they were down 17-0, the 49ers only had 89 total yards at that point. The game started off with Nate Clements throwing a late hit on Steve Smith, who ended up taking it personally and did so by grabbing all of SF's defense attention where ever he was lined up.
Turnovers were definitely the key to this game as Dilfer threw a "pick six" to Marshall making it a 17-0 game.

When the sexond half started Vinny T, threw 2 straight picks that lead to 2 Difler Td's to Battle and Walker. At this point of the game it was 17-14 Panthers and the momentum was in SF's hands. Carolina went 3 and out and punted it to Michael Lewis who gave the big "MO" right back to the Panthers as he fumbled the return...
needless to say the Niners did not come back and ended up losing 31-14.
Look for more bad news as SF hosts Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings next week.
Final Stats
The Good: Willis 17.5 tackles.
The Bad: Gore 12 carries 58 yards, 5 rec. 53 yards.
The Ugly: Difler 14/29 171 yards, 2 Td's 4 int's.

Don't eat there

Marissa and I went to Florentine's restaurant on blossom hill rd, and it was not good. We over paid for what felt like food that was taken out of TV dinner box. I ordered Lasanga and Marissa ordered fettachini Alphrado with fish. This is what she had to say about the food, "the fish smells like a dog's butthole." Another was that they were very busy and only had 3 waiters. I only got my soda refilled once, and if you know me thats far from enough. The only part that was good about the meal, was the delicious bread, with a butter sauce to die for.
The night wasnt a totaly waste, we went out and bought 4 pillows from target that will be on our new couches that are coming tomorrow... We have big plans tomorrow...

Rockets @ Warriors

The Warriors were back in Oakland as the Rockets came to town after beating Suns the night before. The Warriors are no stranger to back to back games after beating the Kings in Sacramento were well prepared to play the Rockets as they jumped out to an early 15 point lead in the first quarter. The Rockets did come back to take the lead but could not hold of the streaking Warriors as they win their 5th in a row, with big help from Al Harrington's defense who held Yao to 10 points. Yao had more turnovers than field goals made. Harrington also had a stellar offensive performance shooting 7-10 from the field and 4-5 from downtown. The Warriors got 91 points from their starters and the Rockets only had 34. T-Mac and Yao combined for a 9-26fg and only scoring 21 points when they normally average 48.5. Monta had another great game taking down 10 rebounds with 18 points. Baron Davis continues his MVP antics as he racked up another great stat line with 27, 8 ast, 5 reb, and 5 stl.

The Warriors now winners of 7 of their last 8 move to one game over .500, by beating Houston 113 - 94.

Warriors @ Kings... R.I.P.

Well this was a typical Warrior game... The Warriors who lead the league 3pt shots a game, definitely lived up to there potential, but that's why this game was different. Ron Artest and the Kings were able to slow down the pace of the game by taking the Run and Gun offense of the Warriors down to a half court game, which isn't supposed to be there game. With 5 minutes to go and down by 4, both Baron Davis and Stephen Jackson had 5 fouls each and 1 technical each(Both of the technicals were the first of the year for either players or any Warrior). At that point in time i thought it was over with our best players on the edge of fouling out. With that in mind the Kings began to start shooting outside shots and not taking it to the hole to attempt to pick up any fouls on Davis or Jackson.

In the end the Warriors held the Kings to 2/23 shooting in the 4th quarter and won by 7 point, 103 - 96. Stephen Jackson sparked the comeback with 2 consecutive 3's in the final 2 minutes. The Warriors ended up shooting 8/31 from 3pt, and beat the Kings at there own game.
Jackson had 22, Ellis had 21, and Baron had 19. This game definitely goes to Matt Barnes who played his heart out, just one day after the passing of his mother. Barnes had a season high 9 rebounds that game.

Suns @ Warriors

The Warriors played the Suns on 11/26. It was the best game of this early season, the W's scored 45 points in the first quarter to the Suns 37. If you like fast paced offense and running and a gunning type of game then buy tickets to the next W's vs Suns game! At half it was 72 - 63, and 2nd half was no dissapointment. Monta Ellis who was starting this game and had a Michael Jordan type ending scored 15 consecutive points in the 4th to lead the Warriors to a 129-114 game. This snapped the Suns 8 game winning streak and now have the W's winning 6 out of 7. Final Stats: Ellis 31 points, Jackson 32 points and 8 rebounds, Baron 28 points and 10 assists. Nash on the other hand had 13 assists and 8 Turnovers(career high is 10).
